Design: The Complexity of His Jumpers – Sherlock
Kristin Koga’s passion for the creative was fueled at a young age when winning a 1st place ribbon for a chicken drawing. Yet it wasn’t until high school she found her calling, costume design. Receiving her Bachelors of Arts in Textile and Clothing from California State University Long Beach, she was able to propel her dream forward by interning at the NBC/Universal costume department. Her passion for fashion and costume design has led her to start a costume design blog, Fashioned for the Geek, and to contribute to wonderful websites like Clothes on Film and Tyranny of Style. Kristin is inspired by structural designs and the complexity of gender.
