I love how Ellie embraces her geekiness and doesn’t care that other kids don’t have a clue who Doctor Who is. She is a fan of Matt Smith the way other girls her age are fans of One Direction (and Matt Smith is so much cooler!) She has even converted her friends and teachers into Whovians! Science nerds are awesome!
